  • DO you take cash or card?

    You can pay with cash in the shop, or with ‘betaalverzoekje’/’paypal’.

  • Do you tattoo all skintones

    100%!! all skintones, genders and sexualities are more than welcome with me. If you prefer to have a color test on your skin I’m more than happy to do so aswell, just let me know before hand.

  • what are the opening hours of the shop

    ex voto is a private shop, which means we work on appointment only. we have no set opening hours. although, i usually work from tuesdays through saturday.

  • Where are you located and how do i get there

  • how old do i have to be to get tattooed by you

    you need to be atleast 18 years old

  • will you be in my country this year for a guest spot or convention

    you can find all plans I have for conventions and guest spots right here

  • once i made an appointment, will you send me the drawing over email

    I DO NOT SEND MY DRAWINGS/DESIGNS THROUGH EMAIL. YOUR DRAWING WILL BE READY ON THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, IF IT NEEDS A MINOR CHANGE THERE IS ROOM FOR IT

  • how do I take care of my fresh tattoo afterwards

    once we are done with the tattoo i will explain you exactly how to take care of it. i will also give you a paper where it’s explained aswell, so you can always read back to it incase you need a reminder

  • webshop shipping information

    • Order processing: standard processing time (time before it gets shipped out) is usually 1-7 days.

    • Shipping options: I want to keep shipping as low and affordable as possible for everyone, thats why shipping is as followed and have multiple options:

      Packages within the Netherlands are shipped with DPD and will have a tracking number emailed to you.

      International orders are shipped with post.nl/dpd and then will be taken over by your local post service. International packages within the Europe 1 section (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden) have standard track and trace.

      International packages within Europe 2 and outside of Europe do not have standard track and trace but do have the option fortrack and trace and is strongly advised. If you do not choose the track and trace option we have no option to track it.

    • Shipping times: I can not guarantee any shipping times; however shipping times within the Netherlands usually take 1-3 workdays, within Europe usually 4-15 work days, and outside of Europe it can take up to 3-9 weeks. If you would like to have a faster shipping time (usually adds to the costs of standard shipping) send me an email before your purchase and we can see the options together.

    • where is my package: delays at the post office happen. It almost never happens that your package is completely lost. Sometimes it can take a while but it will get to you! If it did not get to you after 8 weeks (outside europe shipping), please contact me :)

      Once a package leaves my possession and is scanned with the postal servies, I am no longer liable for your packages whereabouts. When there is a failed delivery, please contact your local postal service to arrange a pick up or repeat delivery. I am unable to request repeat deliveries on your behalf, and am unaware of your packages whereabouts as soon as it leaves my possession besides the tracking information you have received.

      In the event that you cannot locate your package, please contact your local postal service to inquire about your packages location. It can happen that your parcel is scanned as delivered too soon and will still appear within a couple days, might be with a neighbor or could be delayed in transit without being scanned. Always double check your address when you place an order, I can not make any changes once it’s shipped out.

    • Where do you ship: Worldwide! However, due to the extreme delays in domestic and international shipping, please be ready and aware of the time it could possibly be in transit.
